Why FeetUp?

It is important to me that my classes help people of all levels to access a full range of beneficial asanas and stretches.

Not everyone is at a level to do inversions safely without support and the FeetUp trainer helps everyone start that journey.

Advanced practitioners will love exploring the FeetUp trainer and enhancing their asanas  by including inversions whilst flowing, and practicing tricks and flicks with hands on support.

But, this unusual contraption offers much more than being just an inversion tool.

Using FeetUp adds a little twist to a traditional Hatha yoga practice that makes it easier for everyone who wants to practice yoga to do so. Using the FeetUp trainer throughout the class offers a more dynamic style of practice that's especially ideal for beginners. It offers extra support for many asanas and brings the floor up, helping to reduce stress and joint pain.

Watch the videos below to see some of the many applications of the FeetUp trainer.

The trainer allows for the inclusion of a safe and supported inversion to suit most levels.

Getting your feet in the air has never been safer and more accessible. The weight of your body doesn't rest on your head, but is evenly spread over your shoulders, so that your head hangs without strain and your spine is gently stretched.

FeetUp can be used for strength training and fitness and to strengthen the core, getting your heart beating a little faster by ramping up the speed of dynamic flows.

FeetUp is brilliant for longer holds and relaxation sessions, taking a mini break from rushing around in your busy life, or for slowing down and shifting your awareness from doing to being.
