Thai Yoga Massage
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art, using hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to the body, together with gentle stretching and applied Hatha yoga.

You will be fully clothed and laying on a futon on the floor, with various supports if needed.








Thai yoga massage is based on the concept of energy moving through your body along predictable lines or pathways known as sens.

To increase the flow of energy along the sens, the practitioner will move your body into yoga-like positions, in addition to pulling and rocking your body in various ways. Improving the flow of energy along the sens nourishes all the parts of the body.
