All services from 360 Yoga with Coral require the purchaser to complete a disclaimer form confirming that they have no physical limitations preventing their participation. All participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian. All disclaimers and consents must be completed and submitted prior to purchase.
Participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of 360 Yoga with Coral, which are in force for the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all clients. Participants acknowledge that these rules and regulations may be subject to change from time to time.
Furthermore, all participants agree to indemnify 360 Yoga with Coral, its owners and employees, against any and all liability regarding:
Any injury to self or child.
Any loss or damage to personal property.
Applicants agree that all payments will be paid via PayPal in advance.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes and 1:1
24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of single sessions or 1:1 coaching. Missed sessions will be charged in full where adequate cancellation has not been provided.
Medical Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a workshop for medical reasons, a full refund can be provided if cancellation is notified no less than 13 days prior to the commencement of the workshop, and on provision of a doctor’s note confirming that you are not permitted to participate.
