One to One Services

I provide one to one sessions for Hatha Yoga with FeetUp, Aerial Yoga and Pelvic Floor Yoga.

These can be held at my home, your home or at the studio.

​

They can be tailored to your individual needs, abilities and experience without any distractions.​

​

If I travel to your home I will add travel costs and if more than 15 minutes away there is a time supplement also.

​

Within my hourly rate and callout charge you can include up to 3 additional people.​

​

For a very special treat you can combine a one to one class with a Thai Yoga Massage.​
