Pelvic Floor Health.
I offer workshops and specialised yoga classes to help you become more informed and feel supported to improve your own pelvic floor health.
Pelvic Floor Yoga Workshops
In our sessions, we focus on the pelvic floor, its muscles, and the organs supported by the pelvic bones. Just like any other muscle group, the pelvic floor needs regular contraction and release to stay healthy and strong. Menstruation, sex, childbirth, menopause, emotional changes, and aging can all affect these important muscles.

Our classes include:

Anatomy Basics: Get to know your pelvic floor.

Self-Awareness: Tune into your body and its needs.

Breath Control: Learn to breathe with intention.

Yoga Poses: Designed for different pelvic floor conditions (whether too tight or too loose).

Glute Exercises: To support and strengthen your pelvic area.

We’ll use props to help with each pose, focusing on breath control, sensations, and visualizing the pelvic floor muscles. Each pose is held for 5-10 minutes, giving you time to deeply engage and practice mindfulness.
This is about life improvement, empowerment and confidence.

I aim to provide a friendly environment with inclusivity and understanding. We all come in different shapes and sizes; we are not a one-size-fits-all world.
Whilst these sessions are aimed at people who were born with a uterus, I am also constantly learning how to be sensitive and inclusive of all gender identities in my sessions, so I will endeavour to use inclusive language to my best understanding, and I welcome any adjustments if you feel I am not informed enough.
